Very Versatile, Good Quality Pilates Ring
This Yottoy Pilates Ring has good amount of flexibility and resistance. The actual ring measures 14.25″ in diameter while it measures 15″ across from handle to handle. The handles themselves are thick and gives good grip or support depending on how it’s used, although I do think they would be a tad more comfortable if the sides of the handles were a little more rounded than square.I’m not into Pilates myself, but I’m using this Pilates ring as part of rehab exercises with a family member to help them regain strength and mobility. It’s amazing how many different exercises for arms, legs, and abdominals can be done with such a simple device. It has just the right amount of flex to not be too difficult, while also having enough resistance to offer a challenge.So far, the quality of the ring seems to be very good, and it’s been working very well. I do recommend it!

If you need a pilates ring, this is just that. It provides a bit of resistance in the opposite direction of a band – that can help engage muscles in a different direction for squats, heel lifts, and ab work (it can really loosen the hamstrings to squeeze the adductors while stretching!).But you’ll have to know how to use this, and the purpose, to get benefit. It isn’t a stand in for weights or resistance in terms of building muscles, but instead *engaging* muscles in new/appropriate ways to get the most range of motion and contraction while doing movements.

Nice Pilates Ring
This Pilates ring is a nice tool to add to my home exercise equipment. It has a fair amount of resistance and can be used in a lot of different ways. I love the look of this one in particular- the pink is cute and goes well with my craft/exercise room.
