Really like the thinness of this model
So much sleeker and thinner than my previous light box. Easy to use with various options and a good timer. Package well done also, and can be used for travelling to protect the box. Great price, good value. Happy with my purchase.

Nice light but will probably need more to have any impact on mental health
The light works well, and the timer function works nicely. It definitely doesn’t feel the room with light and didn’t do anything for my mental health. Yet, that doesn’t mean it couldn’t augment a stronger light, and just because it’s not super powerful doesn’t mean it’s not worth the money. For the price, it does everything it purports to do.

Perfect for depression or night shift workers
Love it! I work night shift and I take this and place it on my desk. It is pretty sturdy since I drag it around in a bag. Light weight also. The color settings allow for it to be really bright and a lower tone color if you prefer. It has a timer and the touch controls are super easy. I thought it was a good value for the money also. I’d buy again- but it still works so no need!

Doesn’t stand straight
This is very bright, so its good it csn be adjusted on brightness as well as the tone of the light. The timer comes in handy also. It is easy to move around and plug in anywhere. The stand on the back should have been able to keep the light at a better angle and not so floppy is the only thing I have a problem with.

Stopped working after 6 months
Don’t buy it bc it stopped working after about 6 months. Bought in December 2024.I can now get it to turn on again occasionally by warming it up first. Go figure.

Fantastic Light for the Price
An older therapy light I’d had since 2018 finally needed a new bulb. In researching prices I found the bulb itself was almost the cost of an entirely new light, so I searched for something in that price range and found this product. While not the brightest I’ve come across, it’s bright enough for my needs. I place it on my desk while working and sometimes leave it on in the background while completing other tasks. I like that it has no auto shut-off. I’ve built up my time with these sorts of lights and appreciate being able to just turn it on and not have to worry about turning it on again every hour or so. I like that there’s a timer feature, it works well if you need a visual reminder that you need to be doing something. For instance, if I need to check on something every 15 minutes, I set the light for 15. It’s portable, which was another reason I picked it up. While I wish it came with a transportation sleeve, a tablet sleeve would do just fine. Heck, I’m just moving it about in the box it came in, as it’s not very wide. For the price, you’d be hard pressed to do much better. I’ve had these types of lights burn anywhere from 4 years to, well, less than 1. Hopefully, this won’t need replacement for many years to come.

I ordered this at the advice of my Dr. I hope this helps. I suffer from seasonal affective disorder and every winter I suffer. It’s miserable! I travel for a living so I live out of a suitcase Monday through Friday. I needed a light that is easily packable. This one fits the bill.It packs nicely and sets up on the desk at the hotel so I can have the light in while I work.It puts out a lot of light. It’s quite nice. Hopefully it helps my mood. I’m sure my husband feels the same.
