This journal is a nice way to keep track of daily habits, sleep, goals, and reflections. The prompts are easy to follow, and the A5 size makes it portable without feeling too small. The pink cover is soft and calming. A helpful tool for staying mindful and organized.

Practical and Useful
This journal arrived today and I am excited to use it. In the summer I get plenty of exercise, but when the cold weather sets in I struggle and am usually I’m need of motivation. When I’ve journaled in the past it really seemed to help. I like this journal because it has spaces to keep track of my diet, which I’ve had the intention to do for months. I was diagnosed with silent GERD and want to try to figure out my “trigger” foods and this will make it much easier. There are also places to record your mood, water intake, sleep hours (also an issue for me), energy level (ditto) and vitamins. If I could improve this journal it would be to add type and duration of exercise, instead of just “activity”, but I suppose I could add it under “intentions “. The pages are heavy weight and smooth and there is a place for a pen/pencil (not included). The cover is durable And nice looking.

My pink little sidekick
I am constantly writing, and I have so many journals laying around but never heard of a wellness journal and I thought I would give this one a try , it’s a cute little hardcover book. The material feels like real soft suede. it has a little thing on the side where you can put your favorite ink pen. The thing that I like about this book is it has the dates at the top , an area to write your intentions for the day it asked you how do you feel for the day? What is your activity like ? water intake? Sleep intake ?energy? your list your vitamins your breakfast lunch whatever you had to eat , what went well today thoughts and feelings, and the one thing that you’re grateful for at the end of the day. this feels like an old friend checking in to remind you to take care of yourself. Highly recommended.

Detailed Daily Journal
This journal is excellent. It looks nice, and the cover is soft! The cover feels almost like a fabric. Very stylish and sturdy. The details inside are on point for measuring your health inside and out every day. One page is used for your health: food, sleep, water, etc. The other page focuses on your mental health: self-care, gratitude, and appreciation. It is a fantastic journal—a little to write in the morning if you choose, and then a wrap-up of your day. I love the “set your intention for the day” question. I am going to fill out this journal with a friend. So we each have one, and we can hold each other accountable. For $11.99, the price point is good. It has value as a journal. I can recommend this product!

Good quality and realistic
I got this journal to start my winter glow up journey and keep better track of my habits. It’s pretty much what I expected. The cover feels nice, and the paper quality is good enough for daily writing. I like that it’s a 90-day journal instead of a full year. It feels more realistic to stick with.The layout is simple, with sections for gratitude, reflection, and daily routines. It’s easy to use and doesn’t feel too structured or demanding.Overall, it’s a nice way to stay mindful and organized without making journaling feel like a chore.

Quite holistic
This would be a five star item if only the description were changed and the word planner was excluded from it. I have tried to find a way that this would be useful as a planner and I just cannot find it. However, as a wellness Journal, I think it is outstanding. It is truly holistic covering all areas of Health and giving you space to write down your thoughts as well. I do wish it said thoughts and feelings but instead The Heading says thoughts and feels.I love the pink color and the Vellum appearance of the wording on the front. The cover feels like suede, very soft and doesn’t seem to be picking up dirt like I thought it might. It is a really pretty book that actually encourages me to write in it.I like that it has a bookmark so you can find the day you are on quickly but as the picture shows mine did come with ink or something on it so I will probably cut that off and just use a bookmark I have at home. There is a spot to slide a pen or pencil in on the edge so you have it with you when you are ready to fill in your journal. Overall, I would highly recommend this item and I am pretty excited to use it in the new year.

Great little self care book
I just started using this and enjoy how this layout keeps my mood structured in a positive way and allows me to track my sleep, water intake along with food. As a woman going through her pregnancy sometimes writing down things can be the only way to really see how well I have been taking care of myself.
