I got one of these for my dog and decided I liked it enough I wanted to try one for myself. I have nerve damage in my back and legs, and I get really severe Charlie horses in my legs at night quite often. I figured this could go well or really badly! Also, I’m not a fan of being held down by a spouses arm or leg… so I wasn’t sure! I have been using this for over a month and I am surprised by how well I have been sleeping! I haven’t had any cramps or restless legs symptoms at all. It doesn’t cause me to over heat and the weight doesn’t make me feel trapped!
