Here to change my bad review. Here’s why…
I am here to change my 1 star to a 5 star and to explain why I feel the need to correct my bad review. The company itself saw my review and reached out. When I explained how the first cup came broken but Amazon was not refunding me, even after I sent the item back and the item made it to the facility but Amazon was claiming the post office made a mistake and they were unable to refund. The company of the cup immediately sent a replacement and allowed me time to review the cup. I used it for a week and I’m truly glad that I did. I had no issues with the cup, in fact it worked great and no more spills while mixing my collagen and my protein every morning. Customer service is top tier and they were kind and acted fast to fix the problem. I’m so glad I was given the chance to try this cup out and give it a fair chance. I would 100% recommend. Easy to use and easy to clean. I’ve also been on the same charge all week. Again, thank you for such great customer service and support!

Works great, but one major flaw
I received this item and it was just what I was looking for! It does a great job of mixing protein shakes and I love the timer feature. It’s just the right amount of time – a good balance between ensuring a good mix and not wasting battery power. I haven’t had it long enough to comment on battery life, but will probably keep it plugged in.That brings me to the only negative about this… it comes with a very short cable that looks like a USB-C, but it’s not. It seems to be a customized connector, so if the (quite fragile) charging cable ever breaks, you’re out of luck. As an engineer, this is, what I believe to be an incredibly stupid design choice. To be honest, if I could find one that was equal in quality and price, but had a standard USB connector so I could use my own cable to charge it, I would do that. In fact I probably will look around and consider returning it if I find one.

Voltrx automatic shaker does not perform as described.
I have purchased 3 of these products over the last two months and all three have failed after several weeks of use. The product was to spin indefinitely with two clicks. The product was the same every time. Lemon, Lime, sympol syrup, egg white, Liquor (gin) and small amount of crushed it. Where sahould i ship it?It is beyond return date however it was purchased as a gift for a later date and it exceeded the return date.RETURNING FOR REFUND where should i ship it?

They don’t last long
Got the product in May, had an issue with a leak at the bottom where if you don’t drink something fast enough it leaks from the inside spinning thing then coming underneath from the rubber part that makes it lock on to the spinner device. It maintains odor as well, so if you decide to use it for drinking water or what ever else, you’ll still be able to smell whay ever you previously used, I’ve let vinegar with water sit down for a while but after 2 uses, the smell comes back. 3-4 months into using it, the device that spins stopped working, and now 1-2months after the first one stopped working the replacement I got previously is getting week and not blending things properly. Tried getting into contact with the company for the warranty, but they don’t even reply back anymore. But don’t get me wrong, if you don’t mind throwing $30 down every 3-4 months, this thing blends stuff pretty well, but your better off getting a Stanley cup and a Magic Bullet to stir your stuff.

I bought this for my protein shakes and collagen. It has exceeded my expectations. It mixes everything well with no lumps, and the battery lasts for days.
