Great way to get vitamin C AND Zinc for immune boosting.
I’ve revised my review after using the product for 3 weeks. An unpleasant side effect of 1000mg of Vit. C is increased gastrointestinal motility with diahrrea. I’ve decided to stop my daily use of the product because of this and plan to use it only once or twice a week. Not everyone may experience this side effect with daily use.
