This necklace corrected his posture after full neck fusion when all others failed. Easy to use and none invasive. We bought a full of double sided tape when the included tape wore out. He still wears it 3 Mos later as a gentle reminder not to roll shoulders.

I sit at my desk all day, and have been developing back and neck issues… I’ve tried a lot of stuff, and as much of a gimmick this thing felt like it would be, I gave it a chance… It’s not going to magically fix you, you have to be actively be willing to try and correct your posture. This is just a reminder that “hey you’re doing it again”, I have it set for 15 seconds so it doesn’t happen every time I lean over to something. Treat it as a tool and this thing has helped me develop a habit in my head of remembering to stay sitting straight. Back and neck have been feeling better. Highly recommend, but don’t get the stupid neck strap thing, the stickies are fine, and I use prob one sticky tape every week, as long as you keep it in the case and it doesn’t get dirty when it’s not on you, it’ll re-stick well for a week

Worst purchase ever!!
OMG!! Do not buy this item!! After using twice, dizzy, lightheaded, vertigo. Googled it & it interferes with your inner ear, balance, etc. This is my 2nd day not using it & I’m still not back to normal yet! If you value your health, please don’t purchase this!

Doesn’t work on slouching, the app constantly loses connection, don’t buy the overpriced tape
I have been using this for a few months now. It does one thing very well — it vibrates if you hunch forward. However, it has no way of detecting if you are slouching in your seat, so if that is a problem for you, you will need to watch out for it yourself.The necklace does nothing to keep the device in place either, so if you are walking with your back straight, the sensor will be bouncing around and you will end up with practically no time logged.I assume they would rather you buy the extremely overpriced tape. Don’t. Instead, use some cheap double sided medical tape. One roll is less than the price of a single refill of the Upright branded stuff, lasts for months, and works better.The app is also annoying to deal with because it is constantly losing connection while you are on the move, such as if you are walking around downtown. This can be rectified by toggling the vibration on and off using the physical button, but it’s still annoying to deal with. I sent in a support ticket about the app, and the reply I received back was to turn it off and on again. Which I can confirm does nothing. In other words, they don’t care enough to fix the disconnecting problem.In summary, this is good for stopping you from hunching forward while sitting, standing, or walking IF you use tape. If you do, get double sided medical tape instead of their custom stuff and it will save you a ton of money. If you are trying to work on a backward slouch, this won’t help with that.
