Keurig tea cups come out at lot better than trying to use tea bags. If stronger tea is required the 6 oz does the job. If just wanting more tea to drink then the 8 oz is maybe a little weaker but still a lot better than what I get with the tea bags. The flavor of this tea comes out really good for both the 6 oz and 8 oz.

I absolutely love the smell of this tea before bedtime! The scent of lavender wafts up and surrounds your face putting you in a place of peace! Once you drink it you will find out why they call it “nightly calm herbal tea”! My only complaint is Twining price is higher than other brands for a 24 count ..including a different brand chamomile tea count of 36 pods, which I take earlier in the evening! Twining should consider either lowering the price or putting more k cups (36) in each box! Most of the companies, including Earl Grey have a 36 count in their black or green tea! They should add another set of stars for price for products!
