Great if you are 6ft or under
Good quality however if you are over 6ft tall dont bother, you will never get full range of motion.

Too light and too short
I bought these bands because of the bar, and also because it claims to have 180lbs of resistance. So far, they feel durable and I like how easily it fits in my bag; however, I should note that they don’t stretch like your traditional bands would. This means it’s hard to get a full range of motion if you’re too tall or too short, even with different adjustments to the straps. I don’t regret buying it but I probably would not purchase again. This is mainly because the weight/resistance just isn’t heavy enough for me. I’m just slightly above average in strength, so if you plan to buy these because of the “180lbs resistance” I would highly advise against it. If I had to take a guess, maybe about 90-110lbs of max resistance is the true weight

Length is weird
Wish I read the reviews first. Seems high quality but wouldn’t know because I can’t use them. The bands are either way too short for some things (standing bicep curl if you use one) due to the outer covering like others are saying. Or too long if I use two and then the tension doesn’t even work.All the attachments seem nice quality but aren’t adjustable so they add even more length and I’m 5’4” so I don’t need that much. Wish they were adjustable. Honestly should have done my research first.

Excellent Addition to my Personal Gymnasium
These Tribe resistance bands work very well with the Tribe door anchors that comes with the set or with the Tribe Door Strap Anchor. Each pair of bands is progressively heavier. The kit comes with two foot straps, two ankle straps, two handles, and two door anchors. Each part works well and allows the bands to be used in numerous different way. Excellent quality.

Surprisingly high quality! I wasn’t sure what to expect of these, seeing as there were so few reviews. The material is high quality and soft. They feel very stiff when pulling with your hands, but once you use them you see that the resistance is adequate. Just enough resistance for me to do hip mobility exercises. I purchased the 12.5 inch bands, and the stretch was just enough for me. I’m a petite woman, so I’m not sure if this length of bands would be comfortable for someone bigger than me. Good price, overall I recommend.

Partiamo col dire che nel pacco ne arrivano due come da descrizione (della dimensione selezionata al momento dell’acquisto) , una regular e una strong, da usare a seconda degli esercizi e dalla resistenza individuale. Il prezzo complessivo è quindi più che buono.Passiamo alle note critiche. Il materiale è un misto fibra elastica e tessuto, tiene bene la tensione. Purtroppo le cuciture non mi sembravano di pregevolissima fattura, e dato lo stress a cui saranno sottoposti ho deciso di richiedere il reso. Forse sono stato poco fortunato io, allego comunque foto. In definitiva potenzialmente un buon prodotto, comprensivo di due fasce elastiche di varia resistenza, ma la manifattura incerta.
