Thank you ♥️😍❤️👏🏼🔥💪
I absolutely love Throne Iron vitamins! I’ve tried other iron supplements before, but they often upset my stomach or had a metallic taste. These are completely different—super gentle, easy to swallow, and no unpleasant aftertaste.Within a couple of weeks, I noticed a real difference in my energy levels and overall well-being. I feel less fatigued and more focused throughout the day. Plus, I appreciate that Throne uses high-quality, clean ingredients without unnecessary fillers. If you’re looking for an effective iron supplement that’s easy on digestion and actually works, this is the one! Highly recommend.

Great product
This is my second order. After taking almost all of the first order, I am very pleased with its performance. No stomach upset or problem, good iron absorption, small – easy to take pills.

Take on an empty stomach with no issue! Perfect for pregnancy anemia
The BEST iron supplement. My stomach is super sensitive and I take these on an empty stomach every morning without the slightest bellyache – perfect for anemia during pregnancy! This form is highly bioavailable and easily absorbed. I strongly recommend to anyone needing an iron supplement.

Iron that doesn’t mess up my stomach?! Yes please. 💊
Usually I brace myself for stomach cramps or a sudden “why do I feel dizzy” moment when taking iron, but not with this. Thorne’s capsules are the first iron supplement I’ve taken that actually feels gentle. No nausea, no weird bathroom side effects, and no dread when reaching for the bottle 🙌I pair mine with a glass of orange juice or a kiwi 🍊🥝 to help with absorption since vitamin C makes a big difference. And if you really want it to work, skip coffee or dairy around the same time, caffeine and calcium can block iron from absorbing properly. That tip alone made a noticeable difference for me.I also like that it’s NSF Certified for Sport, which basically means it’s been tested by a third party to make sure it’s clean, safe, and actually contains what the label says. No sketchy fillers, no banned ingredients, and nothing hiding inside that could mess with your body. It’s a legit certification athletes look for, but even if you’re not running marathons, it’s nice to know your supplement isn’t playing games 💪🔍 The capsules are smooth and easy to swallow, and my bottle arrived sealed and in perfect shape.📸 I added a couple photos so you can see exactly what it looks like!If your energy’s been low and iron might be the missing link, this one’s worth trying. No side effects, no stomach issues, just something that actually works. ✨

Only iron supplements my GI has been able to handle
I had severe anemia. Doctors told me take FE 65mg elemental iron. I could not tolerate those, even the “slow FE” type. I did my own research on brands, types of iron, bind agents, and helpers to potentate the iron. My symptoms were dizziness, fatigue, vertigo, nausea, neuropathy in my hands, constant stomach ache, and inability to eat much. I told the doctors my stomach didn’t do well on the 65mg typical supplement. Based on the information I read (some from Thorne’s own marketing team admittedly) I chose this product. So far, so good. Well tolerated and many of the above symptoms disappeared or abated. Why only 4 stars you ask, because with 25mg elemental iron this isn’t meeting the dose I need to increase my blood iron levels a much a needed. To be fair, that my bodies fault for not tolerating 65 mg of elemental iron. My doc told me this wasn’t good enough if it didn’t have 50-65 elemental due to my need. It is obviously improving my anemia due to the rapid relief from symptoms I had for years. The doctor showed me a graph of the last 10 year iron levels from lab work. The wise in iron indeed is not dramatic yet. After reading reviews here I asked the nurse practitioner if I could try taking two of these a day before going to the harsher formulations. She said she didn’t know and couldn’t immediately find any reference on this formulation that met the office’s standards for peer reviewed, published data. We know we often won’t find that for supplements since there are no obscene profits or patents on vitamins and supplements (it’s a crime they don’t tell us the true requirements for vitamin D3 when 10,000IU a day could significantly boost immune in northern states in the winter). The NP said “I advise you to take one with 65mg. I can’t say for sure if you should go off label with this formulation.” I told her: “I’m going to try it because this has been a game changer in how I feel and has nearly no bad side effects. Just a couple days in to 2 a day. It bothers my stomach a bit more. In fact, about twice as much as one pill (go figure). I’m going to stick with because I think this 2 pills of Thorne Research – Iron Bisglycinate will bring 50 mg Iron Supplement in an effective formula. I just hope it isn’t too much.I’ve bought several Thorne products and I am growing fond and trusting of the brand. I recommend you try these but please get clear info from doctors on severity of your need. The NP suggested I do more research on Iron Bisglycinate and other improved absorption and we will monitor the blood iron levels. FWIW I started this treatment (with one pill) at the same time as Vitamin B12 Cyanocobalamin injections. There was some magic one/two punch with the two treatments that seemed to wipe away years of pain and discomfort. Check you B12, Iron, D and other critical vitamins/minerals. Sometimes the answer is a relative affordable over-the-counter readily available supplement.

Energized Mornings with This Iron Boost!
As a guy in my 30s battling low energy from iron deficiency, Thorne Iron Bisglycinate has been a total win. I take one capsule right after rolling out of bed each morning, and it’s helped me shake off that dragging feeling, keeping me sharp for long workdays. After a few weeks, I’m less wiped out and feel more like myself, especially during busy stretches. The capsules are gentle—no stomach issues at all. If you’re looking to boost iron levels and fight fatigue, this supplement is a solid choice.

Thorne Iron Bisglycinate is a total game-changer for anyone who needs an iron boost but dreads the usual stomach drama. It’s gentle on digestion—no cramps, no nausea, and no awkward rush to the bathroom (you know what I mean). I’ve been taking it daily, and my energy levels have noticeably improved, especially during workouts and long days. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and it’s NSF Certified for Sport, which gives me peace of mind that it’s clean and free from junk. Plus, it’s gluten-free, so no worries for those with sensitivities. The only downside? It’s on the pricier side for an iron supplement, but the lack of side effects makes it worth every penny. Also, you’ll need to pair it with vitamin C-rich foods or drinks to maximize absorption, but that’s an easy fix (hello, orange juice!).If you’re tired of iron supplements that make you feel worse than being anemic, this one’s a must-try. It delivers results without any of the hassle.4.8/5

I’ve tried so many supplements over the years, and most of them have upset my stomach. This one is a game-changer! I started taking it a few weeks ago, and it’s been nothing but smooth sailing. No discomfort, no bloating, and no queasiness – even when I take it on an empty stomach.
