This definitely has exercise benefits to it and I can use it while seated at my desk or while watching TV, It’s easy to use when you get the hang of it. The build quality is good I just wish when you folded it down to store it that it would lock in place. The size is perfect for storage and descreatnes. Its mostly comfortable.

This is the modern version of that padded hinge thing your mom used in the 80s while watching Suzanne Summers on the tv. It’s effective and far more comfortable. The padded shaped leg braces are ergonomically correct. The exercise itself isn’t my favorite to do but I can definitely tell when I’ve done it! Works great. Can recommend.

There’s good and bad.
This does help you do leg/thigh exercises, which is great and is it’s purpose. It’s not exactly that comfortable, but maybe that’s because it’s made for much smaller legs/thighs, which I always find a bit funny when exercise clothing and equipment isn’t made for those of us who, honestly, probably need more exercise than most, lol. It’s just super focused on very specific areas that can hurt after a bit of use, because it’s in one spot. It does have padding on it, though, which helps. The counter works, but it, sometimes, doesn’t count accurately, which is a shame because it’s the biggest reason to use one like this. I will say it’s not bad overall, but not the best, either.

Easy to use!
I really like this thigh master. It’s small and easy to use. Just place it between your legs and after about 20-30 reps, you can already feel your leg muscles working. I love the counter on it and it lets me do 100 a day and be sure to do it. You can do this while lying down and watching tv, it’s so convenient! I highly recommend this thigh master!
