These seem to be high-quality, organic chia seeds. I consume 3tbsp in a cup of hot water with a fresh lemon squeezed into it daily. Let it sit about 15-20 minutes and it makes a great tasting, healthy drink.

Good value for organic
These are a good value for organic chia seeds, but after soaking all night (not just 15 minutes!), I crunch on a couple still-hard seeds that feel and sound like little rocks (but aren’t). I have had other brands that NEVER have that happen so I don’t really know what’s up with that, but it happens in every serving of 2 Tbl I chew. (I try to chew them since I read that it causes them to be more fully digested and nutritionally utilized…I suppose that’s obvious, LOL.)

These chia seeds can do anything. They are all-around good for your health. I enjoy chia pudding — so filling. It is simply chia seeds and milk — so good. Or, if you like, put them on fruit, in a smoothie, or on your vegetables. Just be sure that you brush your teeth after. You will see why.
