Great cost-benefit Omega-3 supplement
It is great, the dose per softgel is great and difficult to find. I personally take 2 per day to get the best benefits from it so the 180 softgel bottle lasts around 3 months so it is perfect. The softgels are really easy to swallow and have some citric taste, which is great

I think its a great supply especially for me on accutane, my skin is super dry and this helps A TON. You only have to take 1 instead of 2 at a time and its super effective. Taste pretty good nothing really bothered me.
