Avoid this like the plague
So far I’m quite mixed on this after a week. I’m pleased with the sleep but very displeased with the step tracking. It started randomly dropping all my steps and going to zero for no reason. I can see in the middle of a day if it keeps this up I’m going to return it.Now it’s stipped tracking my sleep and it’s going back!

Disappointed with step tracking
The ring is decent. It’s comfortable to wear and no issues wearing while showering.The ring DOES NOT track steps accurately! Which is extremely disappointing. There is always 1/2 mile to 3/4 mile difference. I use smart watch for tracking steps and another app. One day there was over a mile difference and yes the ring the was charged.I am uncertain if the ring is worth the money for only tracking sleep, blood pressure and heart rate.
