Why can’t my smartphone connect to the fitness ring?
For first-time use, remove the ring from the battery case and peel off the insulation film. Charge the ring for 5 seconds to activate it. Make sure Bluetooth is on and keep the fitness ring within 1 meter of your phone.

Perfect Smart Ring – Accurate, No Subscription, But Sizing Guide Needs Work!
I’ve been searching for a subscription-free health tracker that doesn’t compromise on features, and this Fitness Tracker Ring (Gold, Size 10) is a total winner. It tracks heart rate, SpO2, blood pressure, sleep stages, steps, and calories with impressive accuracy — and it syncs seamlessly with both iOS and Android. The 5ATM waterproof rating means I wear it 24/7 — swimming, showering, no worries.Accuracy is spot-on. I uploaded side-by-side comparison photos (sleep stages, resting HR, and SpO2) taken at the same time as my Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, and the numbers are within 1-3% of each other. Sleep tracking even caught a 3:17 AM wake-up my watch missed. Huge win.One major caveat: the sizing chart is off.I measured my finger at 70mm circumference using their method, and the guide recommended Size 13 — it was comically large. My old everyday ring (which fits perfectly) matches Size 10, and this one slides on like it was custom-made. So smart to choose this ring..
I wanted a smart ring because my smart watch was irritating my skin due to chemicals I use daily. The First ring I got was a different brand, it wouldn’t even charge. Returned and chose this one, it cost a bit more but was not as expensive as some. My ring size is 8 1/2 (index finger). This is the only issue I had with the ring it fits my ring finger (7 1/2). All the rings do say you may need to size up (the 1st brand didn’t this one did) I’m OK with it just something you need to consider. Other than that I absolutely love it. Easy to set up. Accurate measurements (better than my watch). The charging case is quite handy (unless you misplace it. Battery life lasts me about 2 days, but this is with my setting to check BP, hr, and o2 sat every 30 minutes ( I’m able to charge while driving with charge case as I’m not stepping). It does fully charge in about an hour. Sleep score is thorough graph is easy to read. My only issue is after charging it still gives old % (in app) so I have to disconnect and reconnect, if there is another way I haven’t figured that out. Again not a deal breaker for me. I still love it. I chose gold. Hasn’t turned my finger or caused any skin iritation. I have my hands in water a better part of my day and have exposed it to some harsh chemicals (I know this may shorten its lifespan) but if it does I would still get another one. I love it!

Great product but wish app would tie to google fit
First of all I ordered the wrong size by not measuring correctly and they very quickly and easily replaced it for me.Second of all a few weeks later after having this ring even my doctor noted that it had accurate blood pressure which seems nearly impossible for a ring.I wish the steps showed more but I think it’s accurate unfortunately.And the pictures I’ve attached are after wearing it in a fairly normal environment I work on computers but I also work on mechanical things so it’s gotten a few wear and tears but no problems at allThe battery lasts extensively long and I’ve yet to use the charger I just used the charging casePretty amazing for the price, I actually really like it. I do wish it could tie too real apps like Google fitness or Samsung fitness

Blood Pressure Tracking Is Convenient and Close to My Monitor
I mainly bought this smart health ring for its blood pressure monitoring feature. The heart rate measurement is also very important to me. After comparing it with my regular blood pressure monitor, I found that the diastolic readings are almost identical, while the systolic readings differ by about 9 points. But since the ring is so convenient, I can check my blood pressure anytime and get a general idea, then use the traditional monitor once a day to fine-tune the readings.The heart rate measurements are accurate with no issue ，It’s comfortable to wear, very convenient, and the companion app is free to use.
