Good Strength and Good Heating Mode
This was a great product with a very durable build, especially considering the way I have been throwing it around and using it over the last few days. I work at my desk (at home) on a computer and mouse a lot, so my neck is really stiff at the end of the day, which causes me problems. The massager features multiple modes and strength profiles, allowing you to select a soft or extremely firm setting. It is also quite compact, so I plan to take this to the office when and if I need to return in person, and it will easily fit in my bag. The heating feature is a very nice value add, and only eases the tension more when under more stress.

I have terrible neck and back issues from constantly sitting in front of my computer all day for work. It was a little awkward to get it to fit properly on my back and neck but once I got the hang of it, I am obsessed with this thing. It hits all the points of my back, shoulders and necks that my partner could not do properly without getting tired! The pressure is amazing that I have to make sure I actually take a break in between each session as it only lasts about 10mins before turning off. Haven’t used the heat option yet as I don’t prefer it but my partner loves the heat capability that comes with it. Great purchase! Wished I bought it a long time ago!

It was easy to setup and the controls are intuitive enough to quickly get an understanding of what they do. The massager itself works well and the heat is a really nice touch for pain relief. My husband who is wide shouldered and thick necked had issue getting it on and in position, it didn’t have enough power to break through his muscle and felt like a gentle tickle for him LOL. Overall for a normal person, I think it is a good massage device to get through some tightness and or a headache.

Nice compact size massager!
Nice compact shoulder massager. The circulation and pressure are just perfect to massage my shoulder and neck after a long day in the office. The compact size is also easy to bring it to travel and enjoy the massage through out the trip. The outlook and touch feels just like real leather and the heating is nice and even around the whole shoulder and neck. It’s awesome. Recommend!

I wake up a lot of mornings with a stiff neck so I figured I would give a neck massager a try. I was hoping this would work, but unfortunately it’s a little too small for my neck.There’s dial on the back that allows you to adjust the size and at first I thought maybe I made a mistake and cranked it the wrong way and put it to the smallest size so I turned it the other way and it turns out I had it on the largest size and it’s just too narrow for my neck. My neck will mostly fit in between this but if I turn it on it gouges into my neck so hard that it causes a lot of pain so it’s simply way too small for someone with a bigger neck.It claims on the Amazon listing as far as the title goes that it’s supposed to be a back massager as well, I don’t see a way that this is used for your back and in the instructions provided, it mentions nothing about being a back massager, it is strictly meant only for your neck. So if you are looking to get this as a back massager, don’t bother because that’s not what it’s meant to be used for.I wanted to like this and I think it has merit if you are a small person, but if you are on the larger side, this is simply far too small.

this massage is really a great value for me. I often get shoulder and neck soreness, and this device works well. The best part is that I can wear it while doing housework or other things, so I don’t need to spend extra time sitting or lying down for massage.
