Skip watermelon and get mixed berry. THESE WORK SO WELL!
Watermelon flavor- I should preface by saying I love this product the mixed berry is so so so good even my little kids eat them. But the watermelon flavor is not great. Even in the bottle it smells so funky… I don’t even know how to describe the flavor but it’s like mostly salt hint of something sweet could just be us but I would skip watermelon and ge mixed berry or peach.The product works AMAZING…my kids play so much softball in the az heat and these perk them up instantly.

A must buy for a long distance hiker
Excellent product. I use these on long hikes, when it’s hot out and I sweat a lot.I’ve experienced the discomfort of electrolyte imbalance after a long hike. Swollen hands, headache. I found it wasn’t just dehydration but I also needed electrolytes. I started using these and along with staying hydrated, I’ve not had any more issues.Pros- the taste is good. Good enough for a salt tablet! Texture is also fine. No issues swallowing this large tablet as it is a chewable tablet. This is also pretty affordable and will last quite a long time. Easy to share with friends too.Cons- noneI find these to be necessary for a long trek .

Great for long hikes!
These electrolyte tabs are fantastic. I took these on the Salkantay Trek in Peru and our group of 4 had to use them to aid in altitude sickness and dehydration. Perfect for chewing up while hiking. Taste is way better than any powder I’ve ever tried and they work so well. Highly recommend the peach flavor.

I love saltstick fastchews for getting my electrolytes during races because they are so easy to chew, easy to carry with you, and the fruity flavors are so refreshing in hot weather. Fav flavors are: green apple, mixed berry, and lemon lime

Game Changer!
My 16 year old son would typically cramp in his calves during a football game . The cramps would happen no matter what we did to off set it. He started these 2 games into the season and has not had one cramp since. I suggest these to all of the other moms with players who go down with cramps. This stuff is amazing!!

Not Quite “Chewable”
Did I get the same item as everyone else??? Description said chewable and reviews said easy to chew. These are thick like a half Snickers and hard like a Jolly Rancher. Directions said to take 2, so I popped two before the race started. To my surprise I couldn’t chew them. Slight panic then decided to treat them like Jolly Ranchers and suck on them until I could chew the tablet. Lasted about 20 minutes between sucking on them and resting in my mouth. Did they work? Absolutely!! Plus, helped time fly by since I was focused on not choking on salt tablets. Would I purchase again? Absolutely. No cramps during the whole 2 hours of running.
