Great value for the product
I purchased these resistance bands for the fitness class I teach. I bought them because the resistance level is attached to each band. I didn’t thoroughly read the product description when buying them, so I was pleasantly surprised to see the door anchor and ankle straps included. I will absolutely be buying them again when I need them.

These elastic bands are very sturdy. It would be nice to have a guide on different exercises you can do with them. These are very well made.

Good and functional
Good for my shoulder rehab exercises. The weight marked in the band is not accurate (not sure how that could even be possible since the tension changes the resistance), but they’re functional to get a workout in and have it count. I’d recommend these bands.

Super quality. Great quality construction. I have been using these since the first hour I received them. My Physical Therapist urged me to get a set. I found these, and I am delighted with my purchase. Color coded for the weight/resistance lb levels, it has comfortable handles, and carabiner clips that are easy to use. Very happy with this purchase, and couldn’t believe the low price. Seriously, I would have gladly paid more for these. This is an unsolicited review.

Weak material
It looks like this bands are going to stretch after a couple of uses so to me they are not strong enough specially the 10 pouds one but is not bad for a while, price is good.

I realized that you can’t really build a lot of muscle, but I wanted it to use to strengthen and tone and for that I’m totally satisfied
