Warm & Relaxing
It might be a little loud, but it doesn’t bother me. If you think of the rhythmic sound as a repetitive white noise it’s actually a little meditative. You can connect it to your music or media via Bluetooth and that will distract from any machine noise. It’s nice that it multiple levels for heat and pressure and that you can mix and match the settings. It’s also got a gel pack that you can cool and put in the unit to cool your eyes, if that’s what you want.Relaxation aside, I bought it specifically for eye and eyelid massage — to help alleviate dry eye and keep my meibomian glands unclogged and functioning properly. I’ve just started using it for that and I’m working up to using it daily, so I don’t know how effective it is yet.The fit isn’t perfect, but I’m used to that sort of thing with masks — I don’t have a prominent nose and my face is a little shallow. Even though that’s the case, once I figured out the fit, it still does what it’s supposed to do.I do feel like it needs to be charged a little too often.I love the color. It comes with a nice carry pouch.

Wonderful product for dry eye and headache treatment
I have dry eye disease. I was given a microwave eye mask to use by my physician. A couple of things, it is inconvenient, doesn’t stay warm for very long, and if it is too hot you risk burning yourself. So this seemed like the perfect solution. Rechargeable, so works well anywhere, hands free/Bluetooth, heat, massage, and cooling options. Adjustable settings for heat, time, and pressure. Added bonus helps with my migraines/headaches. I use it nightly for 20 mins, great way to relax before bedtime. Definitely helps with my dry eye symptoms. Highly recommend.

This feels very comfortable, the heat is good without being too hot, the fit it perfect, the value for the money is great. It charged quickly, it seems to be durable. The massage feels wonderful, I’m sure that it will be a great help when I have a migraine. Very pleased with this purchase. I recommend it!

*update replacement works* I’ve owned these and this one is awful
*UPDATE* after I wrote my review a customer service rep reached out to me. She apologized for the lack of good customer service and offered to send a new one as well as take the defective one back. The new unit works just as I was hoping it would proving the original unit was faulty. I’m still a bit disappointed that it had to take a negative review for them to step up and actually provide customer service. Sadly I guess that’s the way the world works lately.All that to say the new unit did work well and I’ve used it multiple times now to test it out and make sure it kept up with its function.***I’m super disappointed in this product. Mine has a defect where the left eye pops when it deflates and it feels like you’re being flicked in the eye. I’ve owned an older version of their eye mask which did not do this and worked great the reason I gifted it away to a friend was because the only thing it lacked was memory function which this upgraded version has so that’s why I decided to buy it. I’m now regretting that decision. I reached out to customer service about this issue first and they wanted a video, which by the way is hard to capture given it’s an air pressure malfunction. I sent it anyways and actually was able to capture the issue and the very audible noise it makes while doing it. All customer service had to say was that it worked fine. So on top of a bad product their customer service is awful as well. I’m very surprised considering I’m spent plenty of money with them and own many of their products I figured if I reached out about a very obvious issue they’d show me respect but that wasn’t my experience unfortunately. I’ll be returning this product and looking at buying from another brand.

Total Game Changer for Relaxation!
This eye massager has truly been a game changer for my nightly wind-down routine. It’s incredibly soothing and helps me relax after a long day — I look forward to using it every night! The heat and massage functions are just right, and the overall design is comfortable and easy to use.The only small improvement I’d suggest is with the voice control feature — it’s not always responsive, and I sometimes have to repeat commands. It would also be really helpful if a voice command guide was included in the box to make it easier to know what commands are available.Even with that minor issue, I absolutely love this product and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a little extra relaxation in their life!

Shocked at the positive reviews.
The highest heat setting is marginally above room temperature. The temple massage is ok, but the eye massage barely go anywhere near the eye- they only touch the bones around the socket and only cover roughly 10% of the outer part of it. This is not at all worth the expensive price tag.

Restful nights!
This has been one of the best items I have ever purchased. Ive had the most restful and sound sleep ever since I have been using it. I use the warm function at night and the cooling mask during the day to de puff my eyes (I put the cooling mask in the refrigerator overnight). My headaches and migraines have minimized significantly and I really think it’s because my sleep quality has changed. I definitely recommend it, especially for those of us who have constant headaches.

I’ve been using the Eyeris eye massager for a while now, and overall, I’m happy with it. The massage itself is really good, especially when I have headaches, it definitely helps relieve tension. The sound level is nice and not too loud, which makes it relaxing.One thing I wish could be improved is the Bluetooth function. The audio stops the second the massage timer ends. I would prefer if the sound could keep playing even after the massager turns off, so I could continue listening to my podcast as I fall asleep.I haven’t tried the heating feature yet. Initially, I thought the cooling function was automatic, but it actually requires a cooling pad that you need to place in the fridge before use. It’s a bit inconvenient, especially if you forget to put it back in the fridge.As someone who works long hours in front of a screen, I find it very helpful for winding down at the end of the day. The massage techniques and added vibration are great for relaxation and even help reduce facial puffiness. I’ve noticed I look a bit fresher after using it, though it could also be partly due to my night skincare routine.Overall, it’s a good product and works well for its purpose, especially for stress relief and relaxation.

I’ve bought a foot massager and lower back massager in the last year but my heart belongs to renpho eye massager. Even though the thing makes a low grinding noise, I’ve come to associate it with relaxation! Love the different heat and pressure settings. I’ve fallen asleep with it on (it auto shuts off after 30 mins or maybe less?). Anyway it’s my purchase of the year and so pretty on the bedside too.
