Comfortable, plush, perfect size, auto shutoff heating pad!
This heating pad is easy to set up and operate, right out of the box, so it’s really functional! It can be used for dry heat, and moist. The heating pad is durable, washable, and it’s a perfect size and weight! The quality of the pad is lush and comfortable, isn’t too thick or thin, and doesn’t slide around or off easily. The auto shutoff feature rounds out all of the positive features of this heating pad!

This is the best heating pad I have found – its size is great – 12X24; I like the control display as it gives you the optionof adjusting heat up or down without having to turn off and then turn on again – this works so much better. This heating pad is reliable and has unique features and is high quality.

BEST Heating Pad on the Market Cuz of the Unlimited Timer!
This is, hands down, THE best heating pad out there & I say that because it is the only one that has an ‘unlimited’ timer option. IF you want that, then this is the heating pad for you.I need a light layer of heat on a painful spot and all night on ‘1’ is my need. Of course everybody says do not use it all night but the world is full of people that absolutely have to. So this is the heating pad for you. Also it is large and you don’t have to use your phone to control it. In the middle of the night you can just adjust it or turn it on/off in 1 second flat. Love it.

Great customer service, comfortable heating pad
The heating pad is soft and not at all stiff and plasticky, like you usually find. It heats well and has a nice long cord. I also like the larger size for my back and shoulder issues . But I am writing this review because their customer service was just top notch. I bought this item a few years ago and got the “flashing F” recently. When it did not resolve despite my efforts, I dropped them a note asking if they had other solutions. Instead, they sent me a brand new heating pad of the same model. I really appreciate it when companies stand behind their products and also respect the customer, which unfortunately is just so rare these days that I felt I had to come let others know. Def recommend.

Great, however only drawback is the width
This is great I love it, I like how it’s intermittent and not straight heat 24/7 if you have it on. And also you can select always on (intermittent), or on for 2 hours which is cool. However, my only gripe is that it’s not wide enough. Length is great, but they should’ve made it a little wider, probably 3 inches more in total, because of this it doesn’t get the sides of the back too well. Other than that it’s great it’s effective, and use it quite often.

I have ordered several of the Pure Enrichment PureRelief heating pads in the past. I had one “failure” which I reported to Customer Service. I was please with the prompt response and provided them with the required documentation to quality for a replacement. The service was prompt and complete. I received my replacement right away.I am very happy with the product and with customer service.

F error at 11 months of daily use
I had it for 11 months before it gave me the F error & died.it didn’t get as hot as my “old” heating pad (the kind you used before safety features were a thing), but it did get pretty hot. it was sort of unreliable in that you didn’t know if it was gonna get hot hot when you asked it to or start to heat up then cool off before it ever made it to hot hot. that was pretty annoying.one side is really sodt, the other side with the warnings printed on it is pretty scratchy in my opinion. when it worked well it worked well. i put my heating pads through a lot. i traveled with this one, i’m guessing i snapped a wire or something. still, for the amount of money it costs i expected more. this could be a good purchase for the occasional heating pad user.

Great for cramps – soft, big, and easy to use
I got this for my wife to help with menstrual cramps. She had a smaller pad before, but it didn’t give enough coverage. This one is much bigger, super soft (like a blanket) and wraps around her stomach really well.The heat isn’t as strong as her old one, but she still prefers this because of the size and comfort. Controls are simple, it heats up quickly, and the cord is long enough to use in bed comfortably. She loves the “always on” and 2-hour auto shut-off options. It comes with a storage pouch to protect from dust when not in use.Only wish that it could get a little hotter. Still, highly recommended. Might even buy a second one for my niece.
