Pure Encapsulations results
It was prescribed to me by my Dermatologist for my hair thinning. He uses it and he looks good so I just went on it last month. So will see if I see results. I am on it on top of the prescription he gave me along with a prescription shampoo that I use. But I noticed my skin has started to look better too. Hope this helped.

I had lost quite a bit of hair thickness during perimenopause and my nails were ridged and peeling. I was happily surprised to notice quite a bit of new hair growth in just a few months and it’s continued to thicken. I’ve just gotten a haircut to go with the length of all the new 4″ long hair at the nape of my neck sl and my hair feels much more back to normal. When I asked both my dermatologist and my hairdresser if I should try Nutrafol, they both said such with this because it’s worked so well.My nails are another story. Though there’s biotin, collagen, and zinc in the product, it’s doing nothing to improve my nails. I’m also using topical nail treatments, but I know nail health primarily comes from with the body. I eat clean, plenty of protein/veggies. No sugar. I workout. No thyroid issues. Nails are still ridged and peeling. 😕

What’s the smell.
Be warned they smell like a wet diaper. But I’m pretty sure they work. My body hasn’t fallen apart much more and I haven’t been sick in a very long time.

10/4/2025- I did purchase this recently, I gave it a 3star, not sure how I feel about this yet. I been using it for 2 weeks and my nails are still breaking & stopping growing. I need more time I guess…MARIAE
