This is the most effective Collagen powder I’ve used so far. I had a slight joint injury and after 2 weeks of use I’ve seen faster results, less inflammation, an ease of movement and less joint pain & discomfort. My nails are growing stronger too. If you’re athletic or just very active, because I am, you’ll appreciate adding a good collagen peptide to your day.
