Part of a Balanced Routine/Lifestyle
First and foremost, the packaging is really nice. It looks classy and it keeps the product fresh. When I opened the seal, I could smell the potency, which is a good sign that it is effective. I am recently making a more concerted effort to get more sleep and live an overall healthier lifestyle (especially in regards to diet and exercise), and this supplement seems to be a good fit. Overall, I am able to focus and am noticing good stamina and recovery in my workouts. It’s hard to know where the effects of quality sleep/diet end and supplements begin, but I haven’t noticed anything negative and my workouts over the last week have been very good ones.

Takes Time To Feel Effects
I didn’t notice an overwhelming bad odor like other reviewers had mentioned.It took about 4-7 days before I felt the effect, with a noticeable improvement in mood and energy. The downside is that like a lot of testosterone enhancing supplements, they need to be cycled. I wouldn’t recommend trying to take this indefinitely as a hormone replacement therapy. You should speak to your doctor if you’re looking for something that can be used long term.Once the supplement ‘kicked in’, I would feel a drop off in energy around 5pm (after taking it on an empty stomach at 6am, and feeling it kick in around 2-3 hours later). I was taking PQQ because it’s recommended that you take some sort of amino-acid with this product.After about 4-5 days of feeling positive effects, I’d begun to feel noticeably more anxious instead of confident and energetic. Like a lot of supplements, once the positive effects go away and the negative ones start to appear, it’s time to stop the supplement for a while and revisit later to see if the positive effects can be continued.It may not be as sexy, but if you want to increase your testosterone, get enough sleep, exercise, reduce your stress levels and ejaculate less frequently (figure out what works for you. If you’re tired and less sharp, that’s a good sign you need to cut back). All these things will help increase your T. But if you have low-T or sub-optimal T, see a doctor for hormone replacement therapy. There are trade offs with that, too. You’ll need to monitor your prostate (it can grow on T) and blood pressure levels. Good luck with your health journey!
