plusOne Kegel Trainer, Pelvic Floor Exercises- good for beginners
I was familiar with other types of trainers, but this one was new to me when ordering. The trainer is long and floppy with a bulb on the end that’s inserted and a tail on the other hand that weights can be attached. Due to the length and weights at the bottom this is something one would use in sessions rather than walk around with through the day. The included instructions have a couple of exercises listed that don’t take long at all. If effective, the challenge must be remembering to use it and having the motivation to get it out, use it, and clean it. I’ve personally found it easiest to use while in the shower. Since you’re just tightening muscles you can shower as you normally would while doing the exercise. It’s also convenient to wash when you’re done.It seems to be a good quality device and comes with three weights and a bag. I think beginners will find it easy to use.I personally prefer the type that can be used anywhere, but I do see the value in this and think it’s great for a beginner.

Good tool to help with pelvic floor exercises
I’ve been doing pelvic floor exercises for a few years now, and I find having a Kegel trainer helps for providing feedback I can feel. I’m happy with this one. It feels well made and durable. It’s smooth and fairly small, so it is comfortable to insert and remove. The weights are easy to put on and take off, so you can adjust it very easily. It says it uses body-safe silicone. It is easy to clean. It comes with a bag to put it in when you aren’t using it, although the bag says “invite a little pleasure” on it, so it’s not very discreet, and actually makes it sound more like a fun toy than a trainer. Just fyi, if you’re hoping to store it discreetly. It is not a smart trainer, and it doesn’t do anything itself; you just use it for Kegels. I’d recommend it.

Comfortable and effective
I ordered this because I was really noticing pelvic floor laxity after having my second baby. This device really seems to be helping to restore strength and tone to those muscles. It is easy to add or subtract weights with the thing still inserted, which is nice. My only complaint is that the brand name on the shaft of the device is embossed in a depressed (rather than raised) fashion, leaving areas for secretions to accumulate and it’s harder to clean. Instead, they could have put the brand name on the little ball at the end, which could be in raised lettering because it is not in contact with skin.

Easy to use, can’t wait to get great results
Although I haven’t used this long enough to see a crazy amount of benefit yet I’m excited to use this trainer. Unfortunately when I sneeze I tend to pee a little and am hoping this will help with that over time. It’s very easy to insert and easy to clean. The different weight balls are easy to apply and I haven’t had any issues with them falling off. I really like that it comes with a bag for added discretion! I plan to update after a couple months of consistent use.

not sure about putting this inside my body if I don’t even know what it’s made of. why not say that?
This kegel trainer looks like it would be easy to use and the shape would make it comfortable, and the weights are a great idea for training…. but honestly it feels like really cheap silicone and idk what it’s made out of bc it does not say. it just says bpa free phalate free and latex free. It doesn’t specify and I think if it’s going inside of me, I wanna know what it’s made of. It looks nicer in the pictures than it does in person. It still works the way it’s supposed to, but the quality isn’t anything special. It’s fine if you just want something simple, but I wouldn’t say it’s a great value for the money.

Aesthetic and Effective.
I was curious to try a weighted kegel exerciser, and as someone completely new to this routine, I found this particular trainer incredibly easy to use. The kit is well-designed, including three different weights and clear, simple instructions, plus links for further guidance. The entire system is made of soft, quality silicone, with an easy-to-insert oval shape. The weights are simple to add and remove, and I followed the advice to start with the lighter option and work my way up. I found the entire device very easy to clean using normal unscented soap and water, and the waterproof construction is a convenient feature if you choose to use it in the tub. I appreciated the thorough explanation and nice packaging. I highly recommend this for anyone starting their kegel exercise journey!

A well-thought out, practical, well-made, very-nice device
First time trying something like this, and we can already tell it’s going to be interesting. Definitely very beginner-friendly. The weights are removable from the tail portion and thus adjustable–8 different combinations of weight in all. You will definitely want to start light with the weight and work your way up. And for training, because only the egg-shaped head portion is supposed to be inserted, with the tail end with the weight(s) remaining outside the body, this is obviously not meant to be worn around town or anything. Of course, you might look at this like I did and think other uses might also be possible–and, given the entire thing is covered in quality silicone, maybe they are.Very nice coloring, good quality silicone, and think the training aspects of this could be very interesting–and challenging, too, as you work your way up the weights. A basic guide with instructions, which also includes links to more information, is included. There is also a small black bag included for storage/transport, but there is also wording on it–“plusOne – invite a little pleasure”–that I wish simply wasn’t there at all. I probably won’t use this bag because it might draw attention/questions. Maybe inside-out? Hrm. :(This is not powered or anything, just a very analog/manual device to help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. And I really do expect this to make a huge difference for us. At just shy of $21 bucks for this, I do think this is a good value if you plan to actually use it as intended–or not, I don’t judge.
