I dont know of they meant to make this so small but it is very small and very firm making it very hard to use. At best its really only good for inner thigh work and you could get more use out of it for your arms. If you have bigger legs they will be very snug in the ring for outer thigh work.

Being able to build muscles, agility, flexibility and relax those limbs, are easy to do, while allowing your funds to grow in your bank, vs having to step into the gym. Home is where the heart is, so why not relearn your abilities, and help learn your family/friends, how to do the same in the comfort of your home. Lets get moving; and 1, and 2, you got it…!!! Key pieces for your full body workout (so worth the money). Ring is great for a continuous sweat. Ball is easy to pump up for added ROM while making your core more stable. If needed you can deflate, breakdown items and place in the carry on bag given to ensure, that no matter where you go; your fitness can too!

Great for beginners
Ok first I should say I haven’t worked out in years (that’s why I ordered this pilates set), so it’s important to know I’m brand new to doing pilates with “equipment”. I’ve used resistant bands in the past so I do have some experience with those. I THINK everything is good sized, I’ve looked up tons of other pilates circles and this seems to be the go-to size. I LOVE the grip socks (I have laminate floors and clean them A LOT so my floors are very slick), the grippy socks have helped my feet stay put! I love that it came with the bag, very convenient for storage and taking it from A to B. I think it’s great value for the money (pilates socks alone cost what this entire set does). I took 1 star away because I’m having trouble with inflating the ball 😬 I can inflate it very easy but soon as i take the pump out it deflates 🫤 I’ll have to watch a tutorial to see what I’m doing wrong, so as of right now idk if it’s me or the ball lol. So I haven’t been able to use the ball yet (you’ll see why in the pics). Like I said, I haven’t worked out in forever so I’m JUST NOW trying to get myself back into a routine. I didn’t think the ring would be much of anything but I used it while watching a how-to video and I could FEEL IT 😅 I love how the 3 bands are different strengths, yellow for beginners 🙋🏼♀️, red is stronger than yellow and black is for the people that know what they’re doing 😄, it’s tough, so obviously I haven’t made it to black yet. This set is very functional for pilates, I’ve just got to get the ball situated right. I definitely recommend, especially for newbies like myself!

The greatest Pilates package that will include all you need
This Pilates set comes with everything you need to get started as a Pilates girl. The quality of all of the pieces are very high-quality. It includes a mini ball which also comes with an eight pump. It also includes three sizes/weights of resistant bands. And a Pilates ring it is all very easy to use and it even comes with a guy on how to use each piece of equipment it is very functional and definitely worth the money as it is a package deal.

Nice starter set!
Thr kit contained everything shown in the picture and is perfect for someone new to Pilates like myself. I’ve never actually used an Pilates ring before so I especially appreciated the instruction booklet showing some intro movements utilizing the kit pieces! The only con is that the ball doesn’t have a quick release valve so inflating it with the pump and quickly plugging the hole was challenging. Fortunately Pilates balls do not need to be 100% inflated to do the job!

Decent product and useable, but some items seem cheaper quality
All items are functional and the color is fine. I just don’t think the pilates ring or ball pump or bands are very high quality. They seem cheap and like they will break. The pilates wheel creaks when you put any pressure on it. The yoga socks and ball are nice though. And it does comes with a storage bag and user guide. Overall I’d probably spend more money next time, but this is good for a child or beginner on a budget. Nothing is heavy so it’s good for people with low energy or where that is a factor.
