Improved my leg neuropathy in just one 20 minute session!
Seventy and sedentary is a bad combination. My leg muscles had begun to atrophy to where I had trouble lifting my right foot. I have a massage unit for the feet, but it wasn’t helping much and things were getting worse fast.So I saw this TENS unit and gave it a try. I started on Knead at an intensity of 12. After 20 minutes, the strength in my right leg had improved noticeably. I was able to life my foot much better and to walk without dragging my foot.Now after three months, I have the intensity at 16 to 18 and my leg muscles are getting stronger every day. I can now talk short walks around our 1/2 acre and do some yard work. I recommend this TENS unit to anyone suffering from weak, sore, tired muscles – no matter what your age. It’s priced well, easy to use and . . . it really works!

Helped reduce my pain and relax the tightness of my muscles
I used this item right away. I first used the tens on my shoulders and back. I used three of the modes and really liked being able to increase the strength as I get comfortable with each step in the different modes. I definitely noticed an improvement in the flexibility I have with my left shoulder after using the TENS unit. I used the foot massager, again I was able to use different modes at increased or decreased strength to my comfort. Both the TENS unit and the foot massage work well. The foot massage can be folded and easily for storage, I just wish they included a little pouch with the set to store everything in. This is something I will definitely be using a lot as I have continuous muscle pain.

This TENS & PMS transcutaneous electronic nerve stimulator, EMS foot massage mat for muscle relaxation is nice. I work a job where I am on my feet 12 hours a day, 7 days a week in a cruise ship. This has helped me immensely. It is easy to use and set up. It has a big easy to read LCD display screen too. Nice that you can use it in multiple muscles and even nicer that it is portable.

Didn’t last a week! Very poor quality!
Received this on 9/11/2025; it work correctly about 4 times, then right side didn’t work so I thought it didn’t get completely charged. Tried it again, charging it overnight, light comes on you can move to massage type and strength, but in two seconds, light goes off and it has completely shut down….not one massage. Total waste of money. I read all of the great reviews and tried one at a spa. This one must be a lemon! Is it returnable if it doesn’t last a full week?

This is a great product! I had a Dr. appt with my podiatrist and after explaining I had the beginnings of neuropathy in both feet and he recommended this as being probably as good as the really expensive models. I have to admit, I first ordered a very expensive one with a plastic enclosure that lifts your feet off the ground, but no matter how I tried to get some stimulation out of the expensive model I could not feel a thing and returned it immediately. I ordered this and it came the very next day. From a very short first charge, I have used it several times a day in the past few days! I love it! I have gone up to 10 so far on the stimulation and even on 2 or 3 setting I could feel it working. Very easy to understand and set up. Just stand on it on the floor (I used where there’s no carpet) and the remote is perfect. No batteries or anything. I am sure the sets of pads to use on body muscle aches or stiffness will also work as they connect to the same pad. And the price is amazing! I remember using things like this at a chiropractor but how wonderful to have access at home so inexpensively! I am not sure of the differences yet in the modes, but all that I have tried send stimulation to my feet that makes them feel connected to my legs again and not feel like I am losing the feeling in them. And that’s a very good feeling! My feet are 10.5 women’s and it hit all the right spots even though I am at the outside edges of the foot pattern on the mat.

Having used Tens technology in the past for upper body muscle strains and stress relief management finding a lower body, cost effective solution is a great complement. Device provides 8 different massage like pulses and up to 19 levels of intensity. Electrode patches can be placed anywhere for many various reasons. The concept is based off traditional reflexology but after using it feels like there are additionally more benefits that represent massage wellness therapy. Easy to use. Follow the manuals guidance on the benefits and levels of intensity. Very compact. Could easily take anywhere. Central device power source is rechargeable. Battery life is long lasting. Charges quickly and mat is foldable. If you are new to this technology please consider, a game changer for relief.
