This is a very good vitamin..Does make me feel better and helps with hot flashes but it’s no cure by any means.. I used this until I was able to get a doctor appointment and get put on some prescription medication but it did help me so, I’m very grateful I ordered it when I did!

I actually noticed almost an instant relief. I’ve been experiencing hot flashes and night sweats on and off for the past few years. It was fairly manageable with regular multivitamins. Lately, I’ve been experiencing these symptoms almost daily after turning 50 y/o and my regular multivitamins were no longer as effective in subsiding the hot flashes and night sweats. After the first day of taking it, I slept better that night with no sweats and I didn’t experience a single hot flash. I’m on day 5 and it’s still working great. I am actually feeling the cold winter weather unlike the past few weeks when my hot flashes made it feel like it was summer. I just hope it lasts and I don’t experience a placebo effect. Only time will tell but so far good!

I started got flashes in the fall and OMG they are awful. I had no idea menopause may actually be worse than the dreaded years of puberty.After 2 months of multiple hot flashes day and night, I started to search for something to help this dreadful new life phase. I was fully expecting and prepared to get some expensive organic brand of vitamin or supplement but I decided to try this first (based on reviews) and have to say I am STUNNED at how well it works with hot flashes.aunt a month after starting these nightly I realized I wasn’t having hot flashes anymore. They literally just stopped. I honestly didn’t even connect it to these vitamins – I just assumed I was one of the lucky ones to have brief symptoms and then move on. Puberty sucked so maybe I was getting off easy?It wasn’t until I went away on vacation last month and I started having a hot flashes again. It was so unexpected and I didn’t understand why they came back. Until…. I noticed my weekly med container didn’t have this vitamin – I had forgotten to add this one to my PM container and it was then I realized so hadn’t taken for 3-4 days.After getting back on these vitamins, the hot flashes stopped. Completely – I literally don’t get them. It is amazing and I am 100% convinced that whatever is in these is magical.I really didn’t know spect such a massive effect from a basic otc vitamin but these are life changing.
