This multivitamin is the best I’ve ever taken. I highly recommend to any woman who experiences digestive issues of any sort (I have several). I feel great taking it. It never upsets my stomach as other multivitamins have done.

I recommend these vitamins for 50 and up not only are they wonderful, but they also help with menopause. It gives you the energy that you need, also it doesn’t make you feel sick. I take one a day and it is a miracle. Going through menopause gives you anxiety and also brain fog but if you take one of these everyday you’ll see a difference in your life you won’t have the anxiety or the stress. The quality is excellent and the brand is also third party tested. It’s worth it and also it’s not too expensive. Highly recommend it enjoy.

Honest – it helps with my hair loss
I honestly can’t explain why but this product has helped me with excessive hair loss. I first used this product a couple of years ago, but I didn’t equate that my hair loss was better because of it. So, eventually I stopped taking it and a few months later I started to notice that my excessive hair loss was back. This product was the only thing I had changed. As a ditch effort I thought I would give it a go again. Honestly, within a week I started to notice improvement. It’s been many months and I’m still seeing improvement. I know this product makes absolutely no claim in regard to hair loss improvement. For whatever reason it works for me and I’m sticking with it. FYI it is kind of stinky.

Not a pleasant smell….
First off, looks like a couple of capsules(only one) came apart as debris flew across my lap and desk. The odor which smelled like a barnyard and lingered around for a week or so be dissipating. Hard to say whether this MV or any other MV benefits me or not but will finish the bottle and update review.

The product is my “go-to” Multi. The capsules are easy to take when compared to other tablets and I personally feel a better difference health wise in my 75 year old body, I spent 25 of those years as a territory manager and sales at a manufactures to the health food stores.

I was so impressed with product but when i started with using for 10 days, i got pimples around body and face.My face swelled up almost double to original look. My colleagues also surprise with face appearance. Then immediately i stopped taking this medicine. After weeks time all normalized but pimples on face still coming.However i asked my fried to try this medicine for one week and he took for one week and he does not have problem.Presume it did not suits my body structure.
