It works really well if you give it a month
I suspected that my testosterone was low because of loss of libido, depression, and lack of energy. I asked my doctor to do a test, and they said that I was in normal range. I thought that I would try this supplement anyway. I have taken this for a month and I am so happy that I did. I have already notice an improvement. I think that it has even helped with my joint pain. I just ordered 3 more bottles. I love that it is affordable too. Note that you will have to take 3 capsules per day for a month before you start noticing the improvements.

Definitely helps with stress
Look for testosterone you need to clean up your diet and sleep well. Pray and fast. But if you’re looking to supplement, this has it all and doesn’t try to overcharge. That’s what nutricost is great for. Good for libido, strength, and sleep.

Fantastic product that works.
I’m super happy I decided to start taking amino acids, it’s been a month and I feel fantastic. I’ve always been skinny, even when “in shape” so I decided to try these and a heftier diet to bulk up. So far muscle formation has been more noticeable, I haven’t weight myself yet but I wouldn’t be surprised with 3-5lbs. My appetite has gone through the roof and I’m eating a lot more, idk if it’s related to the suppliments or not though. My mind also feels more alert, and I have more energy for strenuous tasks (I lift heavy things of all varieties at work) and I have a better mood too. There has been human studies on humans and on rats with D-ASP and it CAN promote higher T levels after 14 days of use. There are not many studies but there are a few that say yes, and a few that say no; but it’s a yes for me.(Do not take magnesium or zinc on an empty stomach, it’s an established thing that they will give you bubble guts. They did me. )

PERIMENOPAUSE WEIGHT GAIN!
So, I have been battling extreme weight gain issues over the last 10 months as I am in year 5 of perimenopause. I went to see a specialist and was told, if I am gaining weight in my midsection then the hormone I’m low in is testosterone. I ordered these pills and have been taking them as directed for about 3 weeks now. Im glad I didn’t stop! …..I believe my hormones have officially stabilized as I am down 10 lbs w/o any exercise or change in diet. I will continue to take these. I have been pleasantly surprised with this product so far.
After a diagnosis of low testosterone levels, I opted to try a supplemental approach as opposed to having to put out a great deal of money on some of the medical options that were available. These were a cheaper option to me since I have no insurance. I was quite surprised at how well these seem to work. Within 3-4 days of beginning the recommended dosages, I noticed obvious improvements and feelings that I did not expect. I plan on continuing to take them to see what happens over more time. My GP said that my low levels might be attributing to my difficulties in losing weight, so I am anxious to see if these help. No belly burn, no odd tastes, easy to take and swallow. These are more reasonably priced than many of the other supplements I searched out. This arrived well sealed and a reasonable best used by date.

No Results and Side Effects
I took this supplement exactly as directed, but after finishing the bottle I noticed zero positive changes. Energy levels, focus, and performance all stayed the same, which makes me question the formula and dosage. What’s worse, I actually started experiencing headaches and mild stomach discomfort after a couple of weeks, which forced me to cut back. I expected a product like this to deliver at least some noticeable benefits, but instead it felt like wasted money and unnecessary side effects. For something marketed as support, it completely failed to live up to its claims.

Dont take the Blue Pill!
Bought this product for a libido boost and to add in stamina for workouts and in general. WHAT I got was Blue Pill shells like those sold at the Gas Station. Never EVER EVER EVER take any pill with toxic Blue COLORING Dyes # and un pronouncable substances. I opened the capsule as you should, emptied the powder into warm hot water and it made me feel messed up headache drowsy but with a weird rush.. I was gonna return it but gave it a shot from 1st day to last as i do with supplements i buy. The head ache went away but i I found this product did very little to nothing in changing testosterone and libido and workout stamina from 1st try to last. What I got was funny tasting earthy grainy powder with little pump and that came probably from the D-ASPARTIC acid. THE ZINC andMAGNESIUM were probably the only thing that was effective. The rest of the herbs did nothing for me just jumbled together with little effectiveness. MY FINAL out come and advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IT WAS NOT WORTH THE LONG MAILING PROCESS. IF looking for a Libido stamina boost look into singular herbs like MACA or TRIBULUS but in HIGH DOSES not complexes or stacks in TOXIC BLUE PILLs!. LASTLY, the RETURN PROCESS WAS like going through a tedious complex LEGAL PROCESS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!
