Great way to add some extra nutritiona and fiber to meals.
We like to sneak a little extra nutrition and fiber into our meals whenever we can. That’s not always easy to do with kids. These can easily be put on just about anything without changing the flavor, even into smoothies. We’ve had them on mac and cheese, in salads, in chili, pretty much anywhere. They’re small enough that they don’t much change the texture either. These seem very fresh and there are a lot of them. Love that they’re organic and we’d buy again.
