So tasty!! I’ve order this multiple times. The raspberry lemonade and blue coconut are fantastic flavors. Mixes very well! There is a very very small amount the doesn’t mix in, but I’ve had many powdered drinks before and this is one is one of the very best dissolvable powders. Digests well and works as intended.As someone with ADHD, I really struggle with going to bed on time. I bought this to help me get to bed earlier. I would say that as someone who really fights going to bed on time, this hasn’t helped me move my bed time very much. So that is still a work in progress, but this is now part of my bed time routine which is a step in the right direction! However, I wear an Apple Watch to bed every night to track my sleep quantity and quality, and this has improved my sleep quality- I get more deep sleep now! Deep sleep is so important for mental health in general. So if you have ADHD and are also trying to make a bedtime routine, this is a great thing to help get deeper sleep and get some more hydration before bedtime as you continue to build the habit.

Love this product! I’ve tried two flavors and both have been amazing. I have not personally seen any crazy face change or anything but hoping that with frequent use it will occur! Great product to help regulate and keep my nervous system in check! Also love the clean ingredients while also tasting great!

Great for travel
Pros: this is my go to when traveling, as it helps keep me regular and also helps me sleep. Usually my system is disrupted when I travel but this keeps me comfortable. I feel it does help with bloating as well. Dissolves easily. Great flavors (tangerine is my fav)Cons: I’m sleepy the next day and am more likely to need a nap. Sometimes I get headaches ( it’s either the aswaghanda or vit D) . I struggle to supplement D so would like to take this more regularly but the citric acid gives me pause, as it’s not generally good for you. I understand they add for flavor. I prefer my supplements to be wholly healthy rather than tasty but that’s just me. I found that if I take regularly , it has a reverse effect and my sleep is more disrupted. The vivid dreams is because of the ashwaghanda for those who don’t know. I don’t personally mind vivid dreams.Overall I like to keep on hand for anytime I take trips, or to take occasionally if my digestive system is needing a little help. I have a lot of food sensitivities and my system is easily disrupted.

I absolutely love the Nello SuperCalm Powered! It really helps me feel relaxed and centered, especially during busy or stressful days. It genuinely helps me relax before bed, and I’ve noticed I fall asleep easier on the nights I use it.When I wake up, I feel more rested and overall just better. The flavor isn’t my absolute favorite, which is the only reason it’s not a full five stars, but the benefits definitely make it worth buying. These drinks help me to fall asleep so I love them. This flavor specifically is delicious! The perfect amount of each flavor mentioned. I have had people say they’ve noticed less fat in my face from drinking these drinks once a day (every night). I am also on my feet often and go on long walks almost everyday, so that also contributes to that.
