Tasty, fruity, no more upset stomach.
No Stomach Upset, for me! I switched from the hard pill version due to always getting an upset stomach—no matter what I had to eat. I never took the hard pill version on an empty stomach, and I always felt afterwards like there was a rock sitting in my stomach. These gummies are mild, but tasty and fruity, and work really well for me. Also I feel fantastic with a lot of energy. Not sure it is necessarily due to these gummies, or more from the relief of not having an upset stomach. But these work for me, and I will using these from here on out. Another reviewer mentioned a “chemical” smell. I didn’t smell any chemicals when I opened the container.

I love these vitamins. I did a lot of research, trying to choose a good daily vitamin for women over 50, and for now I’m glad I went with these. I need extra B12 and D, and this is a good all-purpose delivery. When I first opened the jar I was a bit taken aback by the quite intense “vitamin and mineral” smell, but I actually love the flavor because it puts me in mind of the old Flintstones chewables. My energy levels seem higher after just a handful of days, too. 💯

These vitamins make me feel so good. They are gummies and have a good flavor and are easy to chew. They are a dark color reflecting the mixed berry color. They are a good size not too big. They are effective in making a noticeable difference in how I feel. The are easy to use. The contents are spelled out on the label clearly. The ingredients are full days supply of what 50 plus people would need. I really notice a difference if I skip them.

Finally!! A multivitamin that works.
I’m so happy that I made the switch from One a Day to Alive. It took less than 2 weeks to notice a significant change for the better. Energy levels are up, my mood is better and nails are growing. My appetite is also decreased. Just a note about a surge in energy level/racing heart: at first I was concerned but once I talk to my doctor she said it was probably a combination of the iodine and the B12 vitamins. It’s not a harmful issue and you shouldn’t be concerned unless you have other symptoms. For me personally the racing/jitteriness last for maybe 30 minutes. Just make sure NOT to take on an empty stomach.

Great Multivitamin
This brand is my favorite multivitamin. They taste great and provide a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals. Unfortunately, the protective seal on this bottle was already opened when I took the cap off. Typically the gummies are all stuck together when you remove the seal, but they were all dried out, so it must have been open for a while. Since food products aren’t returnable, I ended up throwing them away. I’m still rating them high because of past experience. Receiving a defective bottle doesn’t take away from the vitamin’s quality and effectiveness.

Great product. Very tasty and easy to take. However I recently read that the vitamin strength is not as accurate with gummies. That said….i still plan on taking this gummy brand because they work well for me. Good health benefits. I’ve been using this product for years.
