I used to buy Rainbow brand multi vitamin which is a high quality vitamin brand at places like whole foods and these seem to be just as good as the Rainbow brand. This Alive multi vitamin Does NOT hurt my stomach. I also noticed it has the recommended daily dose of biotin, which I love that because I no longer have to buy biotin separately.

Quizá por casualidad, o no. Pero el caso es que he dejado de comprarlo porque en Amazon porque en otras plataformas de venta de suplementos y alimentos en internet está casi un 400% más barato.
