I really like these vitamins. I had issues with hair loss from weight loss and these helped turned that around for me by supplementing my nutritional needs. The doesage is two per day and they are soft capsules that are relatively easy to swallow. They do not have a smell or a taste when swallowed and they seem to be a good quality product. I would definitely recommend these for someone looking for a good multivitamin.

After a few hours of taking my first pill with food, it made me feel dizzy and changes your urine color to bright yellow. Don’t think I will continue taking them. Waste of $20.
