I have been buying Metagenics Vitamin D3 + K for over 4 years now, according to the Amazon stat it says I’ve bought it 30 times just from here. (I keep updating the number) It is a good product.I like that it comes in a brown glass bottle. It also has shrink wrap around the top and also a seal on top of the bottle to protect it from tampering.There is a small round desiccant canister in the bottle to keep them from sticking together.The vitamin is a small gel cap and is easy to swallow. It smells good and is a light yellow color. I take one every day. (10,000 IU)I have noticed that before taking this my hair hardly grew any, but since I began taking this I have to trim it regularly, so apparently it gives you better hair.It also seems like I don’t catch as many “bugs” that go around in the winter time and if I do it is milder and doesn’t last as long.It is a little on the expensive side, but it is a good product.It also has vitamin k, so it optimizes both vitamins for the best benefits. If you are looking for Vitamin D3 this is a good one to try.

Boost to the immune system, easy to take.
I’ve been taking these for several years. The vitamin is easy to swallow, and doesn’t have any taste. My vitamin D levels are always great when I have my annual check up. So many people are Vit D deficient and I think these help. I also feel like they are a help to my immuse system. I have only gotten really sick once since 2019 and it was after I forgot my vitamins for a few days. I tend to stay healthy through the winter months when everyone else is getting sick. I also traveled a lot for my job and managed to stay healthy despite lots of crowded planes and recirculated air.
