When I first saw the Margot Elena Seasonal Discovery Holiday Beauty Gift Set, I was instantly impressed with the care and consideration that the manufacturer had placed in the presentation. The cardboard box holding the set was simply designed with line drawings of flowers and the name, Margot Elena, and was complimented with a sticker that states, “She has arrived.” Once opened, the front panel of the box states, “From M.E. to you” while the inside panel states, “Margot Elena Winter Charm Subscription Box, Number 28, Winter 2024.” Each item is carefully wrapped in tissue paper. The Tokyomilk Star Cross’d Eau De Parfum has distinct scent notes of Citrus, Frankincense, and Vetiver with soft floral notes that create a warm and comforting scent. The bottle is the ideal size to take with you on the go when travelling as it can be tucked into a carry-on bag with no issues. The scent is long lasting. The Lollia Dream Body Butter is one of my favorite items of the set. It is a thick and creamy body butter that has a romantic fragrance from white tea and honeysuckle. It is made with skin friendly ingredients including safflower seed oil, shea butter, macadamia ternifolia seed oil, avocado oil, and cocoa seed butter while also including natural ingredients like orange peel extract, panax ginseng root extract, and punica granatum extract. The butter is easy to apply and absorbed into my skin quickly. The fragrance is very clean and remains lightly on my skin. The Archive Yet To Be Written Hand Cream is held in a large tube and placed in a decorative manufacturer box. Once I removed the tube, I found a cute bookmark that states, “For explorers, soul searchers, day dreamers, & deep thinkers. The next chapter awaits.” It has a lovely blue paisley pattern. The inside of the box also includes a Ralph Waldo Emerson saying, “Write it on your heart that every day is the best day of the year. Surprisingly, the protective seal of the tube requires it to be punctured but the lid of the container (that usually should be able to create the opening) was flat and unable to do so. The thick cream lotion has a refreshing fragrance of grapefruit and neroli. A little product goes a long way thereby making this tube last longer than I had thought it would. The hand cream is made with a blend of nourishing ingredients including shea butter, aloe, cucumber, and macadamia nut oil. It absorbed into my skin quickly and after weeks of use, it made a noticeable improvement to my skin making it softer to the touch. The Bottle Opener is a sleek looking piece that helped me open bottles of my favorite wine effortlessly. The Lollia Wish Fine Bathing Salts are placed in a paper bag prior to being placed in a lovely manufacturer carton. The salts dissolved easily and have a sensual fragrance that I love. It made my bath extra calming and soothing. The Library of Flowers True Vanilla Shower Gel is a golden colored gel that lathers beautifully into a full and frothy lather with a warm and comforting vanilla fragrance. It rinsed off easily and left no residue feeling behind. It cleansed my skin well while also leaving it feeling moisturized. The M.E. Snow Falling Candle smell like the trees in the forest and immediately made me think of a Christmas tree. The candle is held in a round tin container that can be washed and re-purposed after the candle is finished. The Tokyomilk Signature Stationery Set is made up of 3 adorable cards. The cards are made with a high quality paper and have 3 unique designs on the cover while blank on the inside. The majority of the items are Made in the USA with only the Bottle Opener Made in China (PRC – People’s Republic of China). I was really impressed with the quality of the products included in this set and how much care was placed in the overall presentation. I fell in love with all of the products and am now inspired to look at other offerings by Margot Elena. I highly recommend that you consider this for the next gift you plan to give a loved one or even yourself.
