I have really thin nails. This is the 3rd bottle of Super Collagen Gummies I have bought. I really don’t have any scientific proof that they’re doing anything for me BUT my nails do seem to be a bit stronger, that being said do they still break? Of course, but they don’t seem to break as easily as they used to. I wasn’t thrilled with the taste when I first bought them but now they aren’t really that bad. Very citrusy tasting but with an undertone of something I’m really not sure of what it is. I’m probably going to buy more because I don’t want to lose the strength I’ve received in my nails from taking these.

Doesn’t work as well as powdered collagen
I can see a small difference in my nails, but nothing compared to the changes I saw when I used collagen peptide in powder form. I have been taking 4 a day (label suggested 2 a day, but no more than 6) so I feel like this was a waste of money.When I ran out of the powder I decided to see what would happen if I stopped using it, that’s when I realized that it truly had made a difference in my skin and nails. After the hiatus, my nails started breaking easily again and my skin appeared more dry/aged looking.I hadn’t noticed that the collagen peptide powder was making such a difference in my skin until I stopped using it, that’s when I decided to purchase the gummies to try for ease of use. I am definitely going to back to the powder form and sticking to it.
