Best Lumbar Support for Sleeping that I have found
This is a good one. I tried another lumbar pillow that was much too big and stiff. This is the perfect size (just the right amount of height, sufficient width that you can turn in your sleep and still be on it). It totally stays in place on your mattress… I’ve tried other things that moved when I tossed and turned. I love the fact that the pillowcase is cooling. You can’t beat the price. I think it would be easy to fit in a suitcase. But the most important thing is that I think it helps with my back. I was waking up with a stiff back and haven’t been since I started using this pillow. Perfect level of firmness. It’s not hard, but not too soft. Anyway, it was a bit odd to sleep on it (because it does feel like you have a pillow in the middle of your back), but I slept on it all night without discomfort and woke up with my back feeling great. Highly recommend.

Decent product
Though not very heavy or very filling. This pillow helped when i had lower back pain. It is easy to lay on it wish it had more depth to it and served as pillow. Its very light and quite small. You can easily place it under your lower back but since it does not have a depth of a pillow it may not be suitable for someone heavier/bigger.

For Those Who Sleep in Same Position all Night
Well, for openers I didn’t feel I slept any better, nor did my back hurt any less, when I got up in the morning after using this pillow for two nights. But what I’d really love to know exactly how it’s supposed to be placed; the online description shows it sideways under your waist area, while the instruction booklet enclosed with the pillow shows it placed lengthwise. So which is it? I tried both, with no noticeable difference. The other issue I have is that I don’t sleep in the same position all night; and when I roll over, the pillow does not. If I want it under my body again, I have to physically move it there (maybe I could find a way to tie it in place, but honestly, that’s just too much bother). On the plus side, it IS comfortable in a chair – including my recliner and computer chair – so it will get some use. And the cover is washable, so there’s that.

It actually work
This lumber pillow has been helping relieve the pinching pain in my lower back. I also like the feel of the cover. My chiropractor says that one of disks is 70% gone so I need to manage it and having this pillow really helps relieve constant pain. I am pain free now

Wish I had this two years ago
Overall, I am glad I purchased this pillow. I have had some back issues for a few years now, and my PT suggested sleeping with a pillow under my lower back and/or between my legs. As the latter wasn’t enough, I invested in this pillow. It has helped a lot. It’s shaped for the lumbar spine, which makes a huge difference (e.g. if you’re using a pillow made for heads/necks, this is better for the back). While I wish it had a bit more height/support to it for my particular issues and my bed, I can’t necessarily say it’s a bad pillow for others and their issues. It has certainly helped me sleep better, though it hasn’t been the cure-all.
