Excellent lighting option!
I absolutely love these lamps! We bought one and liked it so much that we bought another. It’s great even for general brightness. Our apartment doesn’t have overhead lights, and we struggled to find a lamp that was bright enough for the room without taking up too much floor space, and this lamp was the perfect solution. Absolutely recommend!

Mood booster!
I’ve struggled with seasonal affective disorder for years, and using this light each morning while I sit and read helped me to get through winter without the usual slump! That, and taking extra Vitamin D3. Its base could be a little wider for stability on carpet. It’s a little top heavy.

Good buy at this price, but needs attention to the wire clips and the base size if used on carpet.
This lamp worked well in the capacity for which I bought it.I assembled it as a floor lamp.Only two (maybe) minor detractions: The clips that hold the wire to the post go on easily and come off just as easy. They need to be better at holding the cord and holding onto the post. The second problem is that the lamp tends to be top heavy and can fall over when used on carpet. Perhaps it needs a wider base? Or a heavier base.

Flexible angles
This is my office lamp and I think it does put me in a better mood than my plain lamp. I like the remote so if I’m doing a video call and notice it’s too bright, I conveniently lower brightness without reaching for the lamp. I only use it as floor lamp but it seems easy enough to convert to desk lamp and adjust as needed. I had a happy desk light but it only had one angle, this is so much nicer with flexibility of light direction. Meets my needs!

Won’t stand up and remote doesn’t work
1. This lamp will not stand up on a wooden floor. (See video.)2. The remote does not work.3. The remote battery cover broke the second time we opened it. The little clip part broke off. (See image.)
