This lamp is sleek and nice looking in my front room. Easy to assemble. I bought it for light therapy during the winter months for Seasonal Affective Disorder which has recommended to me by my Dr. this lamp meets or exceeds the recommended intensity plus I can adjust the brightness and other adjustments with the push of a button! I needed a reading lamp plus I can flip it to therapy mode quite easily. Base is heavy enough so should not tip over very easily. Lamp feels durable. And this seller has EXCELLENT customer service!! Bright, flexible, and perfect for dark mornings
I’ve been using this lamp in my home office and it does exactly what I wanted: bright, clean light that makes gloomy mornings and late work sessions feel less brutal. The 11,000 lux-style output at higher settings is legit bright, and the adjustable color temperatures (warm to cool daylight) plus 10 brightness levels make it easy to dial in something that feels natural instead of harsh.The 3-in-1 design is a big win. Being able to use it as a floor lamp, clamp it to a desk, or run it shorter as a task lamp makes it much easier to place at eye level for “therapy” style use without eating up a bunch of space. The gooseneck has good resistance and stays where you aim it, and the weighted base feels stable. The remote and timer are straightforward, and the memory function picking up my last setting is a nice quality-of-life touch.Two small caveats: the lamp head is smaller than the photos make it look, so the light is more focused than panel-style therapy lamps, and since it uses integrated LEDs, you’re basically trusting the longevity of the unit. That said, build quality feels solid, it’s UV-free, doesn’t flicker for me, and has been a genuinely useful addition to my workspace.

All of the images on the listing are faked, it’s actually significantly smaller than the pictures lead you to believe (maybe 60% size).It functions fine, but cheaply made.

Wow – really versatile lighting fixture
I really wanted this as a floor lamp, and that’s how I’m using it. The base has a good weight to it and is quite sturdy. I don’t have any immediate plans to use it as a desktop lamp or a clamp-on lamp, but it’s really great to have those options should my circumstances change. I do wish there was a better way to hide the cord. You really can’t, as it has to plug into the smallest permutation of the lamp, which is a desk mount, but I’m ok with it. I have the lamp away from me and out of the way near the wall. As such, the remote control, which I thought was a bit overkill when I ordered it, is awesome. It’s so convenient to keep on my desk and just press the button to turn on the light behind me and across the room. Also, it comes with a small circular shelf that I didn’t think I would use because the top is small and I thought items would fall off. What I realized, however, is that you can simply flip it over when installing it, and the bottom has a small lip all the way around which is perfect for keeping things in place. Minimalist and sleek – love it.

Better function and light output
This is my second light therapy lamp from Yarah, and I have to say I am much happier with this one even though it is the same lamp with a different number. They have increased the quality of the light, and it functions flicker free as it is advertised. All the lighting modes work as they should, and I really do appreciate having the quick buttons on the remote for changing the temperature and brightness. The weight of the base keeps the light planted in place with no issues of it trying to tip over. I love that the size of the pole is adjustable letting you custom fit the light for your needs. It even has the parts needed to clamp it to a table instead of using the base. Although the light is a touch pricey for a lamp, I do feel that it is a good value for the features and benefits you get from it.
