i’m one of those people where the weather greatly affects my mood. When it’s sunny and bright outside, I tend to be much more energetic and bubbly. When it’s dark and gloomy, I’m less energetic and not as happy.I appreciate all the customization options . It has 3 color settings (warm, natural, and cold) and 4 brightness levels. I honestly thought it was only for providing sun-like lighting during dark and gloomy days but was surprisingly pleased to find it that it also helps me fall asleep. I’ve always had a very hard time falling asleep as well as staying asleep and this lamp really helps with both. It also genuinely helps lift my mood and gives me a much-needed energy boost in the morning.The 360° design is great because it lights up my entire workspace, so I don’t feel like I have to be in one spot.
