Fenugreek underappreciated; give these a try!
While sexual health is always a great thing, i must admit I didn’t choose these for that aspect; I chose them because I used to make sprouted Fenugreek flatbread almost daily, and I was feeling a bit nostaglic. At present I don’t have the time to make *any* sort of flatbread!These smell PRECISELY as Fenugreek smells, so this tells me this is indeeed what is in these capsules and it smells fresh, not stale. There’s also a tiny bit of Saffron included!I could say that taking them indeed improved my libido, but I don’t know–over the short period of time I’ve been taking them– if it is psychosomatic, or really what is occurring.I have purchased Life Extension brand supplements in the past and have always found them to be authentic and of decent quality, but with only the complaint of the bottles generally containing a single month’s supply and not more. I hope the company will one day consider reducing the amount of plastic trash they generate in order to get their nutritional and medicinal supplements into the hands of people, by offering larger containers of product, or even switching to glass or metal.Regardless, I recommend trying these for sexual health. And if they work for you, you may want to put sprouted fenugreek flatbread on the menu for your next ‘date night.’ 😉

Trouble getting to “O” town?
Had used a similar product from the company until it was discontinued (why?). You won’t see immediate results but give it about 6-8 weeks… Hello…”O” town. A little after taste, but better if you do not take it on a empty stomach. In reference, I am 60..ish, menopause has trampled through and never had an easy trip to “O” town.

Thee are so many fillers in this product, so I was hesitant on trying it. I gave it a go for a week and didn’t notice any libido or mood improvement, nor that it was effective on energy levels ….. just feels weird to take something that can be made with higher quality ingredients

This type of vitamin is so important, but so rare. It is made specifically to address the female libido and has ingredients that help in that area. I’ve used it for a few weeks and it’s been working well so far. I haven’t had any stomach issues which is great. It’s easy to swallow and I haven’t noticed any strong taste.
