They do Work!
I was skeptical about using the product because of the maker. However after reading the reviews I decided on purchasing these a few months back at Target initially. After weak one I noticed a difference in my skin and even the 2 wrinkles I have on my forehead from sleeping on my face . Both of those have lightened up and one almost gone by week 4. The gummies are a bit big but easy to chew and they don’t stick to your teeth. The taste was better than I expected. My hair and nails have been growing faster than expected . I saw that they were on sale for Prime days and picked some up. I also bought the Focus for my son which he hasn’t tried yet, but we’ll start those a week before school to see how they work. So far. I very happy with these vitamins.

These taste like candy and I have noticed my eye lashes are longer and more filled in. My hair has always grown fast so I can’t tell if it’s helping that. My skin seems more youthful. I love these!

Yummy and effective supplements
I got these to help reduce hair loss and help my skin and hair be healthy. The gummies are really yummy and don’t have any weird side effects- no upset tummy like other supplements. Since starting them I have noticed less hair loss. My only issue is the gummies tend to all stick together as one blob in the bottle, making it hard to just get two out at a time.

Growing nails
These supplements are so good they taste well. They don’t upset my stomach and they really work after two weeks of taking them. My nails were growing out of control. I noticed after a month of taking them my hair was growing at least an inch or more a month and my hair was stronger my skin. I did notice a few things, but of course I’m getting a little older so we have to take care of our skin now that we’re in our 40s, but this is a really great product. One of them of the Kardashians got something right to help women .

Beware of Biotin causing Breakouts
Biotin affects people differently which I didn’t know. Ever since taking these gummies my skin has broken out into awful cystic acne. My acne has been cleared up for 3 years and returning back to this level of acne has been a nightmare. If you start to have bad breakouts it could definitely be due to the biotin dosage in these gummies. I will not be taking these any longer. Wish I could get my money back.

I used these for a month and didn’t notice a difference. Probably should try them for longer but just don’t feel like it. I wish vitamins were not expensive. They tasted good! Some were stuck together so it was hard to get out sometimes

If you take it daily you’ll see a significant change. My hair kept falling out and started taking it daily for almost a year now and my hair is constantly growing.
