    It’s perfect!
    This is a healthy way to track your food. The entire book is food based. You also have pages to write down recipes you have, monthly calendars to keep track of appointments or life events. You can also track your weight, your measurements, and a place to add a before and after picture. I have disordered eating-so a few of those I don’t use, just because it would make me or the OCD worse. I really just wanted a book to chart my daily eating. It’s great because I can take a picture of it, and send straight to my nutritionist. I got the mint green because I love green for anything health food related and it’s beautiful! I wish they made a medical book to keep track of medications as well, but the best one I’ve found for that is by cleverfox. It also gives you a guide book, stickers and an expandable back pocket. The book is smooth and feels sturdy in your hands. It’s the perfect size for your purse!

    Love it. I’ve tried other journals before and they just didn’t have what I needed. With this I am able to really see what I’m eating. Also I can track my exercise but I didn’t need it detailed like I do the food. There is a lot of room to write my food and exercise down and keep me organized. I like that there is a section for weekly results so I can see my progress in one spot. The quality is great and I love the elastic closure strap, pen holder and ribbon bookmarks. I haven’t used the stickers yet but now that I’ve got the hang of using my new planner I will be pulling them out for added motivation.

    This does not come with a pen, but the journal is great and has everything you need!
    This planner is the best tool. I absolutely love it. I use it along with my weight loss trackers on my phone. It is nice to have so you can be accountable but also you can document your food later into your weight loss tracker on your phone if you have a weight loss tracker, and that way you don’t have to enter it right away, because you can just look at the book and enter it in the phone tracker later. I’m not using the daily calendar but I probably will later on. I also like that it has ribbon markers where you can find something easily. The only thing it has a pen holder and does not come with a pen. In the notes about the item it does not say it comes with a pen, but I assumed it did because a pen was in some of the pictures. In my picture you can see the pen I’m using, and it works fine.

    Great weight loss and food journal!
    This food journal is amazing! I wasn’t planning on getting one because I use an app the majority of the time, but my family decided as a whole to lose weight and my mum found this journal for all of us to get. It has a lot going for it, and the act of writing it down vs putting my info in an app has been beneficial. It has a section for your weight and another for your measurements, it has a monthly calendar to enter whatever info (I use it for exercise and grocery shopping days), it has some recipes in the back, daily food logging pages. A space for before and after pictures. It’s great quality too!

    Great planner for tracking your goals
    These journals were purchased for the participants in our wellness program to track their progress. The planner is thick, soft feel, compact for carrying in your purse, and easy to use. The stickers are a bonus and adds value by giving the participants the option to use words to encourage themselves. We love it. The books is a bit expensive but it’s worth it.

    Pocket-Size Planner is Small!
    I bought the pocket-size one since I wanted a small wellness planner, but the word pocket was legit… I don’t have the best handwriting, so this was too small for me to track my food with detail, so sadly, I need to return it. Overall, though, the quality is great and it is beautiful, but just not functional for me. I know they have a biger size so if I definitely recommend getting the larger size!

    I really like the legend journals due the quality and design of the covers, and the clear readable layouts inside x I bought this one so I could keep a record of my calorie intake during weight loss, but particularly like this one because it has the added bonus of also keeping on track your fluid intake, stress and energy levels. It also has a section at the bottom of each daily page to add your own habits, we’re I put a record of my 5-a-day x It’s a really handy size to take out with you and its not too heavy x The stickers are an added bonus for encouragement x It’s good value for money and I recommend it to others to give it a try .x.
