Perfect for versatility in home gym
These bands are of substantial quality, especially for the price. They don’t have any weird residue and the thickness adds to the quality feel. They also have a criss cross pattern on one side for grip which I appreciate and need when things get sweaty!I use these for assisted pull-ups, lat pull downs, stretching… so many uses for a home gym. Bands will inevitably crack with age because of the rubber, but I can tell these will last for a long time!

A good set for different resistance levels
This set of bands work pretty well for resistance home exercises. I usually use the red one for a good workout, knowing that the purple is even harder. For rehab physical therapy exercises, they have their two lower resistance colors thst and very malleable and low in resistance.
