I received my product very quickly. Unfortunately, a piece of a plastic basket was broken. I contacted Joey’s right away and they sent me a return ticket within an hour. I had a whole new unit the very next day !! And it works well.

It is excellent quality. I think the infuser should be larger. I took it out and use the pitcher. I really did not need the ice, container. If needed, I would probably use it. Good price and Good Quality. I use it daily. I would buy it again if I needed to.

Love this water pitcher makes it super easy to infuse water with! Well packaged quick delivery. Held up in the dishwasher when my teenager washed it but I rather hand wash it just to be on the safe side!

Poorly made
I used this a few times( maybe three) then when I went to use it again the handle broke, the glue, I guess, didn’t hold. The handle is still attached but the top of it is separated so I can pick up the container! Poorly made!
