Great low carb bar
I am on a low carb diet so this bar is perfect for breakfast. They are a little small I assume to reduce the carbs but they are large enough to satisfy me till lunch. They taste great!

My husband loves these, he has to watch his sugar so these are a special treat kind of like a candy bar. He drives for a living so these are great change from deviled or hard-boiled eggs for breakfast or as an addition to it or a snack. Great taste no complaints they are pretty small but that’s not a big deal. Good balance of fiber, sweetness without the sugar and protein.

Good, not bitter even though no sugar is added in them. Pricey though for basically a dollar a piece when they are actually on the small size for a nut bar.. think we will stick with munk pack version.

These are great to keep in your gym bag! Great taste, travel well, and stay crunchy. This is not a chewy bar if you’re seeking that.

Small bar bad value.
Tastes good for no sugar so I give it at least 3 starts for that but smaller than the other KIND bars but with less sugar somehow more expensive. I know healthier food is generally more expensive but I’m not convinced it makes sense here. Raising the price while providing a smaller bar made with less sugar is more expensive to make and sell???
