Disappointed
This absolutely does NOT work on female kegels!! It doesn’t even reach the proper areas to force the muscles to contract! I was looking forward to getting this so I don’t have to use the pacifier looking plug at which DOES work!

I recently purchased this as I got hooked into kegel exercises and this was worth it. Its really comfortable to use and also has different modes that you can change it to. It also comes with a remote control that makes it easier to use.

Can definitely feel it working!
This was recommended to me in a chat board I am on, where we were discussing the lack of strength in our pelvic floors since having babies.It comes with instructions for various exercises, and adjustable strength so you can tailor it to your needs and increase as you strengthen.I can really feel it working, so I’m very hopeful this is going to help me long term with less leaks when I sneeze or cough, and ultimately less trips to the bathroom. I’m glad to have found this device, and hopeful that it could be as effective as seeking pelvic floor therapy, as I know they use similar devices and exercises.
