Great quality and thickness. It folds up and the little handle makes it easy to carry. Its thick enough to protect and cushion the knees but lightweight enough to carry and move around easily. I like that it can be used opened or folded for added cushion especially for someone like me that has the beginning stage of arthritis. Super easy to clean.

The pad worked well as I was using it to kneel on. It was a nice addition to my tool set and I will always be able to use it to help myself out as I get a little older. In my younger years I would say, who needs a pad, but now I like it :)4. If you are looking for a new pad that can save your knees this might be the pad for you.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It’s cute, small (so convenient), and about as thick as any other regular yoga mat. So far, it’s held up well for a few basic gentle sessions. I don’t sweat much and I don’t do hot yoga so I can’t attest to those functions but this is great for our small space!

mat with many uses
This ilili Foldable Yoga Kneeling Mat is 1 inch folded and is great to use as a kneeling pad in my garden. It is waterproof so I can use it on wet grass to keep my knees and legs dry. I haven’t used it at outdoor events yet, but the mat will be going to some ballgames before long as a cushion for the bleachers. I am happy with this mat and its versatile uses.
