I have to say, this stuff seems to be working wonders in a few notable areas:First one being my endurance at the gym. Although it’s hard to gauge exactly how much of this supplement is helping with my overall endurance when it comes to strength training, as I’m also taking creatine. Both of which are used to benefit endurance as well as amp up the workout stimulus in the process of strength training and or cardio. Regardless, I had been taking creatine before taking HGW and have indeed noticed some factors to my regimen, where I’m able to stabilize my workouts and last a bit longer. From what I can tell, combining both HGW and creatine together is a synergistic formula to help boost pumps and stamina.Now for the sexual health/ libido portion of HGW:I had never really had an issues trying to “be in the mood” or “keeping things up”, however this supplement REALLY gets me going ten fold. With a very noticeable difference in the general sensations as well as rock-hard erections. It’s a bit hard to describe exactly, but from what I noticed, it just makes everything feel MUCH more sensational, with the elation of getting “excited”, either through sexual intercourse and or masturbation. Not only that, having that increased drive and libido just aids in feeling more exhilarated/ masculine, both in bed and at the gym.Overall, I’m able to increase my fitness routine endurance, vibrant sensations for my “member”, as well as increasing my overall sexual/ motivational drives. Is not a silver bullet, I’ve found it more helpful as part of a larger stack and program to improve erections, libido, and that “Higher Testosterone Feeling” (idk if my levels are actually higher but they “feel” higher). Very powerful if taken WITH Cialis. My energy level in general is higher and I find some mild to moderate help with ADHD.THE DOWNSIDE: The energy boost comes with a moderate level of anxiety and tension in my chest, which may make it non viable for me, cortisol is bad for anxiety and quality of life, and is not healthy. Somehow the anxiety helps with the energy kind of like caffeine and adderall. I also feel a pretty uncomfortable feeling of anger and agression. At work I am being kind of short and grumpy with my coworkers and I threw my cat too hard.I am taking this as part of a stack with Tribulus, Whey, Ginseng, Lionsmane, (Magnesium, Zinc: highly recommend these two for well being AND weiner assistance) and exercise, and pelvic floor exercises. I just started dating this insanely out of my league Latina and Im trying to impress her. Im probably doing too much but you know how It is boys. Anyway try it out, it works, maybe it won’t give you the same side effects as me.I am now taking it at half dose, I’m feeling half as much sideffects, haven’t given up on it yet
